Training passes are offered on a 28-day cycle basis, ensuring that you will experience training progress by committing to a regular training routine over 4 weeks.
Participation options include an “All-Class-Pass” (8 Spin sessions + 10 Functional Trainings/28d), a “Spin-Only-Pass” (8 Spin sessions/28d), and a “FT-Only-Pass” (10 Functional Trainings/28d). Besides, we are offering a ‘special event’ at the last weekend of each training cycle (e.g. 3-Hour MEGA Spin) to successfully finish off each training cycle.

Holistic 60min. full-body training, inspired by Animal Flow, Les Mills BodyPump, CXWorx, and BodyBalance; creating unique, hand-picked “BEST-OF” workouts that are both effective, challenging and fun; to help you improve your functional strength, endurance and mobility.
Each workout is structured into 12 blocks, comprising functional and high-repetition compound exercises & moving sequences; choreographed to engaging music to keep you motivated and moving:
