Mountain Bike Skill Sessions
Mountain biking is exciting, thrilling, and heaps of fun; and also one of the best ways to escape the city, disconnect from technology, and ‘live in the moment’ when pedalling through singletracks, navigating across roots and rocks, and scanning the trails to find the optimal riding line.
Mountain biking requires a high degree of mental focus and physical stamina to execute technical skills, and, hence, offers a great way to push your comfort zone and gain confidence.
However, being inherently a potentially dangerous activity makes the proper learning of mountain bike riding skills an ‘absolute must’ to allow you riding safer, more effectively, and having more fun.
Our internationally qualified and experienced instructors (PMBIA & MTBA) will help you to make your mountain bike riding safer, more effective, and more fun by managing risk appropriately; introducing you to the six foundation skills of mountain bike riding; and creating a fun learning environment, to make you excited about your achievements and thirsty for more.
Skill sessions are offered as 2-hour and 4-hour blocks, ensuring that we have got enough time to physically and mentally warm-up before getting ‘stuck into the meaty part’ of the training, and to then apply the newly gained knowledge to actual trail riding.
We are also offering 1-3day (weekend) ‘bespoke workshops’ with a fully customisable content (skill training; trail riding; social component) to perfectly meet your needs & expectations.
